Beginner - Intermediate Climbing 10AM

Hey,

I have to be somewhere early in the afternoon so I need to start my ride a bit earlier. It will start at the base of Houde and I will do a few easy pro tour laps.

The pace will be easy so it’s a good opportunity for beginner and intermediate riders to work on their climbing and to get familiar with the KOM route if they don’t already know it.

i might go, im thinking about intervals before… ill see how i feel after, dont wait for me if im not there. let me know if youre interested in intervals on the track at 8:30
