The MCT pre-season Benelux party will be on Saturday, Jan 31st, at 10:00pm

The deal for tickets is the same as last time: $5 gets you

  • A 1/2-pint of one of Benelux’s tasty home-brewed specials
  • The pride helping the McGill Cycling Team rep Canada in the ECCC
  • A free hug!

There should be a pre-drink beforehand, details of which will be announced. You can buy your tickets at the pre-drink or during the week before the party. Just contact me and we’ll meet up.

Tickets can also be bought at Benelux during the party, but I encourage you to buy them beforehand so as to avoid confusion/waiting/wrestling with other party-goers to get your hands on a ticket to the insanely awesome MCT party

im guessing i can bring other ppl? or do we want to screen out non-bikers? (just bc they’re not as cool as us of course)

Yes, you can definitely bring other people! In fact I encourage everyone to invite as many people as they possibly can. The more we raise at the party, the more the team will be able to subsidize its racers for the ECCC races.

any ideas where the pre-drink would be? im bringing other ppl, and I know Ben’s house is kinda small, so i would be going straigh to benelux in that case…

how many people are you bringing juan, 20? I mean, if it’s ten people or less I say bring em here. We’ve had 60 people here before.

definitiely everyone should round up as many friends as possible. more friends=more money+more party. More party > less party. yeah, and that’s about the extent of my math.
