There is no Windbreaker available. If you can’t source a rain jacket you can always layer up dor SC. I’d say look for a good baselayer and arm + leg warmers as well as long finger gloves. Wool winter gloves will work as long as they still let you use your shifters.
I would seriously recommend getting some sort of windbreaker. No matter how good your base layer + jersey layering is, a fifteen-minute descent in 5-degree weather is going to suck. I agree though, long-fingered gloves are absolutely essential.
Doesn’t have to be expensive tho. even a light storm tech jacket under the base layer is probably good enough. I rode for years with a running windbreaker
