Course des Morts? Is that Portuguese or something?

That was wicked fun! Except the time everyone was shivering uncontrollably waiting for them to get their act together and start the race.

A blinky light for a full water bottle probably isn’t Fair Trade, so you’ll be wanting that back? I should invest in my own lights, as fun as “shadow in the night” biking is.

Don’t worry about the light, I’ve got a million and we can trade whenever.

As for the night in general, holy craps! The race was absolutely one of the best times I’ve had on a bike in a while. Fast, dangerous, and awesome, even though I didn’t know where I was going for about 95% of the time. Luckily, people didn’t care if you piggy-backed. Which I did.

So thanks again Kevin: your wheels of steel absolutely to’ it up, and you stole everyone’s hearts with your Robin Hood (Peter Pan?) outfit and the sumptuous tunes of your melodica. If there was anybody else there who we just missed, hope you had as good a time as we did. For those of you who missed out, well, you missed out on a lot! I’ll keep an eye out for these kinds of things in the future, because they are a completely and utterly good time.

…now I need some Tiger Balm…ouch…
