Meet at the gates 6pm Friday for some hard effort intervals on the estacade.
We should be done well before dark
6 sets of 1:00 X 2:00 rest, followed by 10 mins easy spin
8 sets of 45s X 2:15 rest, followed by 10 mins easy spin
10 sets of 30s X 1:30 rest, and then crawl home
All hard efforts should be in 53x16 or 53x17 so you can develop your jump and get a high cadence.
The more people the better. It’ll be fun!

So looks like Colin is also out because he has too much studying to do. So looks like the event is cancelled. I’ll go do some hills on the mountain instead at 6pm.
