Tickets will be on sale as of Wednesday, March 12, 2008.

$25.00 If purchased between Wed, March 12 and Fri, March 28
Individual sales at Client Services (G20-C)
Team sales at the Intercollegiate Office: See Caroline or Monique.
The team’s account will be charged for the exact number of tickets
purchased in advance. As Coaches, you will be responsible to ensure
that each ticket is given to the student-athletes before the Gala.
No athletes will be allowed to enter the Gala without a ticket.

$35.00 After March 28th until April 1st at 12h00 noon the latest, tickets only
available from Geoff Phillips at the IC (Room 225)

As for the 2007-2008 Gala’s order of event, please note that the VIP’s and Coaches only are invited to a reception honouring the MVP’s and the Major Awards Nominees in the Hurlburt Lounge at 18h00. The schedule is as follows:

18h00 - Reception for MVP’s and Major Award Nominees in the Hurlburt Lounge
(VIP’s and Coaches only)

19h00 - Awards Ceremony - G. Donald Competition Love Hall

20h00 - Dinner - G. Donald Love Competition Hall

Remember, its Thursday, April 3rd.

I wont be attending myself, but sign up here if you want to go so I can book a table for those who wish to attend.

I really think everyone who doesn’t have a scheduling conflict should come to this event. I think its actually really fun, and I propose to make it even more fun by having a pre-drink at my house beforehand. It’s important that we have a presence at this event, just so Athetics (and all the other teams) know that we still exist.

Where: Saints Showbar at the corner of St. Catherines and St. Laurent.
Time: 11:30 pm
till 3am
Tickets: $7 pre-sale. $10 @ the door. They will be available through
scott.bailey@mail.mcgill.ca and a few others. More details to come on
distribution.

There will be some great deals on alcohol- 2$ shooters, 3$ beers, 4$ shots.

Hey!

Dress code for the evening is ‘business-casual’. This is a pretty posh evening, as some serious awards are given out.

Any more word on a pre-party at your place Ben?

Also, the afterparty I have heard is one of the best school parties of the year. The ticket price is well worth it, or so i’ve heard. Its a little past my bedtime, so i dont know i’ll be going, but it’ll still be fun without me… heh heh
