Welcome to the first beginner ride of the fall! Don’t worry, not all of them will be this early. For later rides I’ll poll whether an evening ride would work better for you folks on some days.
We’ll be heading down for a little out and back on the Lachine Canal. Focus of the ride will be keeping a steady pace in a paceline, and general group riding etiquette.
We will be meeting at the Roddick Gates (Sherbrooke and McGill College) at 6:45am, have our introductions and then kick off ~5 minutes later.
Yeah, I don’t think I’ll be sticking to the Monday-morning format with my rides. So long as I don’t interfere or schedule the beginner ride that I host near Eric’s Friday Evening beginner ride we should be good to go! I’ll get a sense of what everyone would like to do tomorrow morning.
We’ll keep it this way, perhaps even earlier as I have 8:30 class.
