I’m looking for a schedule, or links to schedules, of what the team does during the summer months for races, or trips, so I can set up when I’m working and when I’m going home this summer.
well, members of the team will be racing together most weekends during the summer, but it’s unclear under what name. That isn’t really important though. You should plan on riding/racing with us whenever you are in montreal. Does that answer your question?
Good races to start with will be the Jeudi de Mercier (8 of them) which many of us will do.
Otherwise there are a few really near races, starting with the crit in brossard, which are easy to ride to.
Nope, not really ben. I need to tell the lab coordinator whether or not i’m working monday through thursday
tuesday through friday
or any other combination of days since its “part time”. Because I’m not sure if the races are the weekends + friday, or the weekends + monday.
Also Because its not research, it preperation work for the next year he told me there is only 3 months worth of work, and that I need to decide which month I want off to go home.
I’ll be trying to learn french this afternoon, then I’ll look at that website
A few of us will probably not be here in August, which also happens to be a good month to take off, since there are fewer (interesting) races.
here’s a quickly translated summary of races that i’m considering doing this summer: http://www.cs.mcgill.ca/~jville18/races.pdf
Hey Jonathan, Those races have parenthesis with numbers,
(3 - 5/8 )
(1 - 4/10) etc.
what do those mean?
a-b/n means that these will be the ath to the bth race of a series with n races overall. You don’t need to do them all, you can just do one if you want, but those races will have cumulative rankings usually.

And which ones are available to a Senior III rider like myself? I don’t want to get in over my head.
Thanks.
All of these are open to Senior III riders. However, the ones where i wrote single peloton/pro pack will be open to Senior I-II also, so much faster.
