Plyo 2010

Hi Everybody,

I’m reposting the important information in a new thread for people who are interested in joining in the jumping.

We run a Plyometric (google it) esque workout every Wednesday night from 8 - 10:30 PM in the Aerobics room in the Athletics Building.

Bring Water, wear workout clothes for jumping up and down from boxes.

There are two halves and people stay for as long as they feel like. Round 1 from 8 - 9:20, Round 2 is afterwards.
