I won’t be able to make it until after 9pm so this is the chance for somebody to shout at the whole group and test their leadership skills.
Nobody I have talked to about it so far has been able to commit so this is an open casting call.
Same general categories of exercises as we always do but make sure throw in some of your own uniqueness.
You will need to get the key from the equipment desk.

Absolutely. I dont leave until dec. 17 and back on jan 3. There will be workouts as long as Im here and as long as people want to pretend to be me. Just remember to check when the building is closed fornew years.
