Adam and I are going to spinning, who wants to be awesome with us?
We have the spin room from 1-4pm on Saturday’s, I like to use them to get my one long spin of the week in. I really find it’s a lot easier to get this done when I have people to talk to about bikes and life, etc.
If you’re headed to SC, it would be a great idea to come get a 2 hour spin in, once a week. You butt and quads will thank you come training camp.
guys, it’s okay to third wheel mine and Adam’s romantic spinning date. We might ask you to position yourself at the other side of the room, but your totally welcome to be in our general vicinity
When are you going to be lifting. I’ll be there at 4pm if all goes well.
