Saturday 9am jog on Mt-Royal

Just like last week: the stairs on Mt-Royal.
5 or 6 times should be enough. It usually provides an intense workout!

The carriage road was slick riding this evening, I made it up slowly but took the road down. I’ll need some studs for my running shoes if we’re going to jog on it. We can take the stairs from upper rez to avoid most of it.

More stairs means more fun. Does that mean we still meet at the statue?

yes, meet at statue. Kevin, we were fine with no studs last week (and the road was already frozen) since we did mostly the stairs.
