How far is St-Jerome? I was thinking of cruising around the east end of Laval and maybe jumping up to Terrebonne. If we can do St-Jerome in around 4 hours I’m game, but I don’t think I have the legs for much more than that.
Actually I think the roads towards the East end of Laval would be a nice route. I don’t know how to Find Smooth tarmac in Ste-J… But I’ll be riding regardless and Am down for anything really
a heads up if you are heading to laval- last few times i was there they were tearing up the road on the very east end of the island. a few kms of crappy single lane dirt. could very well be paved by now or not.
you could always check and then double back and take the road that cuts across the east end of the island (not sure of the name but there is a sign to a police station and also a largish cement building structure where you have to turn)…

I should be there tomorrow depending on the weather. I’m out the door in 15 minutes and yes I am commuting home by bike or will I need a boat??
