Saturday Plyo 1pm

I’ll be doing plyo in the Spin room starting at 1pm.

This is what I’m thinking, but I’m open to suggestion:
-warm up
-some bigger jumps (max power)
-the regular lunges and stuff to build up the lactic acid
-Jumping on boxes!
-abs
-stretch

Afterwards I’m thinking of jumping on the spin bike, but we’ll see how it goes.

P.S. @Drhuv - you’re still welcome to lead if you want, but I thought I’d get this post up sooner rather than later!
