ok i won’t be there tomorrow morning. but i do plan on having an epic workout after my exam to make up all the training i missed this week

So apparently the second day after plyo is even worse than the first. As in ow, I can’t walk down stairs. I think I’m going to yoga this soreness out instead, lol.
