I’ll be there. No idea if there is a routine at the moment, at the moment its a whole bunch of random stuff mixed with a few laughs.

Same routine as last week.

Be ready for some high resistance intervals.

Bring a water bottle and towel.

My favourite part of friday is catching the bus at 5:30 to get to SPIN

That might take the cake for leaving the earliest. I can just manage the 6:00am bus.
