Spinning and running Sunday Oct. 29 9:00a.m

Just a reminder that there’s another brick workout planned for this coming Sunday. If you’re doing Hammer Dash 'n Burn, or if you just want to go for a run, bring running shoes. Midway through the workout, those who are running will go up to the track to run for ~15 minutes. A second run will follow the end of the spin workout.

Don’t forget to change your clocks before going to sleep Saturday. You get an extra hour, so no excuse for being late :wink:

I’ll finally be coming to a spinning tomorrow, and i just wanted to know what kind of shoes i should bring. I remember seing somewhere there were bikes with clips, but can’t find the post anymore, so mountain or road pedals?

There are several bikes with SPD compatible pedals, and other bikes with only toe-clips and straps. Be there early if you want to make sure you get a SPD compatible bike. Enjoy!
