Same concept as the two workouts last week. The routine is solid so unless I get an epiphany it will be the same workout. Be ready for 90 minutes on the bike. (people will leave early to get to class and its okay)

Possibly bailing since I have early work and my bike shoes are still covered in caked mud from cross season, I need to swap the cleats to SPD, and I am, in general, a little wimpy whiner.

I think I forgot my waterbottle in the spin room. If anyone saw it let me know. It’s a blue Ben and Jerry’s bottle.
