Sorry for the delay in posting the sign up, I just returned from a week long conference in DC. As has been mentioned above it is highly recommended that you bring a towel. On a related note, bring water/sports drink as well. Another thing that I would strongly recommend is some food for immediately after the class. Ideally high carb-low fat-moderate protein types of foods. See the discussion labeled “protein” in the training section for more than you will want to know about that.
