Nobody’s posted, so I just wanted to say that I will be sitting on a spin bike at 9:00 tomorrow morning, repeating Adam’s routine from Friday. Gotta start working off that turkey…

Will probably be there to join in the pedaling

I’m not going to be there, but would you mind posting the routine ? I want to do it on my trainer but the one I remember is from 3 weeks back…

Over-unders:
Warm up.
5 minutes just under threshold, with 5 above threshold sprints lasting 10-15 seconds evenly distributed throughout. Return to the “just-under” intensity, don’t drop down a lot after each burst.
5 mins. rest
Repeat-all five times.
Cooldown.
