Sunday morning spin Nov 30

9:05 a.m. in the spinning room (basement of the gym, down the hall from the fitness center). Bring a towel and a water bottle. We’ll spin for about an hour, maybe a bit more if you count warming up and down.

All levels are welcome. In spinning nobody gets dropped.

Riding a bike indoors can be boring. The idea of spinning is to pass the time (relatively) enjoyably by adding music, a variety of exercises, and a social setting. And it works! Cyclists who cannot bring themselves to ride a stationary bike alone for more than a few minutes often find they enjoy spinning and can do it for an hour without getting bored. So come on down and give it a try.
