I think I missed an up-date about sunday morning spinning training. Did you decide to start training outside? Is it still at 9h00?

Hello-

It’s really nice out a lot lately, as you probably noticed, so we’ve foregone spinning for outdoor rides. Nobody has posted many rides lately I guess from exams and well, most of us are racing in the ECCC on the weekends.

You should come race with us, it’s really fun! If not I’m sure people will start posting lots of rides again around the first of the month
