Just in case anybody’s still riding outside I thought I’d post. This tuesday (Jan 16) I’ll be taking a heavy mountain bike with rubbing brakes up the mountain for about 1.5 - 2 hours. Nothing too strenuous, perhaps some of the narrower trails if other people also have mtbs. Probably early afternoon, but any time after 11:30 works for me.
I was there today, still freezing.
yeah, I generally am not hardcore enough to ride around purposefully if it is below -20. get me when it warms up a bit.
I’d join you on my beater if it was in the morning. I have classes in the afternoon.
The forecast for tuesday is jsut a little below zero, but I guess we’ll see. Sorry Josef, I have class 8:30 - 11:00.
yeah, actually regardless of the weather I am working in pointe claire on tuesday. But we’ll get out there soon.
i usually ride 3 times a week at the mtn. in the morning from 9 to noon or so. i have a cross bike so going on trails is not really an option for me
Don’t worry about it. I occasionally get my first class of the afternoon off so I’ll join you when that happens again.
I am riding at the mountain tomorrow. I will pass by the statues at 9:30.
I’ll be at the Lions at 10:30 if anyone wants to join for a ski, probably for two hours-ish.
