Wed 7:00PM, Intervals on the seaway, Atwater Bridge


I`m going to be heading to the seaway to do some intervals after work. These will be longish 10-15 minute efforts with about 2-3 minutes rest in between. Total workout should be about 1.5 hours including going out there and coming back. All levels are welcome.

I’ll meet you at the atwater bridge (should be there earlier around 6:45pm
