Hey Everyone!

12hrs of McGill is happening this Wednesday and we need last year’s team and club members to stop by the table and help promote the team!

For those who aren’t familiar with the event, we will be setting up a table at the Y-intersection on campus at 9am and hanging out there all day to chat with interested students about our team as they change and wait around between classes. We’ll be wearing some team kit so we stand out, and will hopefully have a rider on rollers or a trainer at all times!

The goal is to have 3-5 members at the table at all times, so if you want to come hang out and help us out, check your Wednesday schedules and let me know what time slots you could stop by! PM or posting below is fine.

Once I get a group of volunteers, I’ll let you know when to show up so we never have too many (yes, we can have too many) or too little people at the table.

I’ll be there from 10:30-12:30 & 1:30-2:30 & after 5:30

Won’t have a bike though (maybe a bixi)

I can ride for 2 hours in the afternoon

I’ll stop by at 9:00 to drop off some flyers. Apart from that I’ll be there 1:30-2:30 without a bike and then from 4:00 on with a bike.

To everyone who offered some of their time tomorrow, we need you to show up! Looks like we’ll have 2-3 people at the table at all times except for 12:30-1:30 when only Dhruv will be there… Can someone keep him company?

I said after 2:30pm but something came up, I’ll be there at 4pm

Yeah I have to adjust my first time slot. Can only be there start to 9:40 to help set up. I can still be there after 2:30 though

Dennis, my lunch is between 1-2… So I can at least help Dhruv from 1- 1:30.
