Anyone interested in spinning Sunday (Jan 5) at 9:15?

If people are interested I’m happy to lead the workout. The usual conditions apply: bring a towel and a water bottle. Running shoes are fine, or your own pedal/shoe combo (we’ve got wrenches). All levels are encouraged to come, team, club, friends, interested parties, itinerant rag salesmen passing through town, etc. It’s too early in the winter to do a super-hard workout, but you’ve got to start somewhere, and somewhere is the spin room down the hall from the fitness center at the gym. We’ll go for an hour or so, doing a variety of easy spinning, sprints, simulated climbs (but it doesn’t matter if you’re carrying extra weight!) and disco moves (with appropriate music) to work the upper body.
