10 AM at the gates, if it is not raining, and is not below 5 degrees C (my lungs can’t take it) We’ll go to Macdonald campus, pedal a climb and then come home. No hammering, just a solid Intermediate pace out and back.
Adam, unfortunately, I am in meetings from 10-1PM and cannot join the ride. However, Sunday afternoon and Monday look like possible days for a nice ride. Enjoy Saturday. I hope the weather cooperates. Cheers, Charles
Hey Pete, we pedaled easy for about 3 minutes after you stopped and then waited, turned around and couldn’t find you. Post something when you get back so we know you made it home.
I’m safe and sound, thanks Adam. I tried to catch up to you guys, but I didn’t see you… did you take the bike path, or another way? Anyway, I made it to Macdonald campus by 11:30, waited for 5 mins and ate something, then turned around and came back. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have 2200 calories to recover
Thanks for forcing me to get out and ride today!
From where you left us, we went onto the road about 100 meters later, and continued on the road.
In the end, you gave us a very good excuse to go back
so all the toughness turned out to be superficial… Adam, remember this is Canada. THis ain’t no sissy U.S. state with palm trees, like Idaho. What you gonna do when a polar bears chases after you when walking home from school? You’ll have to RUN, with open lungs, like the rest of us!
Note the incredible form of the shoulder punch at 11 - 15 seconds, If you’ve ever been punched in the arm before you know how much it hurts, now imagine you are an 800 pound hungry bear, I would definately back down, getting punched in the arm hurts.
Further proof that I’m lame like the bear and the “tough guy” act is entirely superficial.
By the way, MCT martial arts expert (me) says Chuck Norris was spectacular at point sparring, not so hot at full contact, therefore he probably can’t slam a revolving door, (i.e. he’s overrated)
