It’s the last weekend before we leave to South Carolina, so perfect timing to build up some endurance and get comfortable sitting on the saddle for long periods of time. Also, there’s enough days to recover before we leave, so you’ll be fresh to ride on the mountains! Or if you’re not going, it’s all good for fitness gains!
This time starting at 12pm sharp (for real, I’m getting there like 15 mins early!)
The plan is to do something similar to last week, which includes long intervals and maybe a few surprises too!
