One requirement is that you actively seek out sponsors while you are there. If you make friends with rich business people the team expects some money in return.

Okay then. The final subsidization is: 260$ + 60$/person going (500 for 4, 560 for 5 etc). Keep all the receipts and deliver them to me and I will reimburse everybody up to that amount.
