Intermediate pace (seriously, I’m not hammering)
Going to do a lachine-lasalle bike path loop, followed by and out and back on the estacade, followed by a few laps of the F1. It’s about 60km if you only do one F1 lap.
AKA “The Penis Ride”.
^The big boy version of that ride includes doing hills in the cemetery/Houde
I’m heading out for a similar ride, but due to family issues (it sucks being old) I’m starting at 8am at the gates so I can be back by 11:00. I’ll probably do the seaway and will cruise along at 30kph for 50k, maybe a bit longer if I feel great (doubtful) and the rain doesn’t look like it’s about to start (also doubtful). Anyway, if you’re at the gates at 8:00 I’ll be there.
