Dudes and Dudettes,

There is indeed spinning on Sunday January 7th at 9am sharp. In fact that would imply that you have to be at the gym by at least 8:50 in order to make it down to the room and get your bike ready.

We have dynamic stretching, then spinning, then stretching after … all planned for the greater good of our hearts and minds.

be at the spin room by 8:50 if the security guard lets you in… the doors dont officially open until 9am, and depending on the security guard, they enforce that.
