since the vermonster trip is canceled, here is an alternative for you guys on the very same weekend, ie in two days.
On Saturday
XC - 20$
Dual Slalom - 20$
On Sunday
Short Track Cross Country - 9$
Downhill - 48$ (including 2 days lift pass)
In their policy, there is a 5$ fee for later/on site registration (i dont know how it is exactly applied. )
there is going to be the Gravity East Finals at the same time, so a lot of pros will be there for your entertainment, and a screening of New World Disorder 8 on Saturday night.
You can set up a tent there for 5$ per tent.
Personnaly, i am not that sure i want to head down there. Trip should take around 5h30-6h00 if the border is not too disgusting (since it is Lacolle, it will probably be).
If you guys are willing to go but not that confortable on organising the trip, we can do that for you!
Why don’t we take the cars and spend a day riding at Bromont or somewhere else near Montreal like Leslie suggested?
If nothing pans out I might spend a few hours on the mountain this weekend and then go for a long road ride on Sunday morning, but Bromont would be much more fun.

Is anyone interested in riding on Saturday or Sunday (weather’s supposed to be nicer on Sunday) - we could potentially go to Bromont or Val Morin - Far Hills if they’re still open (I will check this) but we need to know whose interested by tomorrow because otherwise we will cancel all the car reservations for this weekend. We could probably cancel the reservations anyways and make other reservations if we need to after tomorrow, however I never know how busy the rental places are going to be. So post here if you’re interested, also, if you have a car and would like to go this weekend let me know here too.
yeah, in case you didn’t gather, I think im not gonna go to the race this weekend - it seems a bit far for this weekend at this point, even though it would be a sweet race.
