FYI The estacade and beyond now has buses running down to the lock crossing (just before Parc-o-Rec) M-F 6-10 and 2-6. There is a bike lane (@3 meters wide) and fortunately there are no buses on the weekends. This is to handle rush hour transit traffic. So if you are heading down there, just keep an eye open for traffic and other cyclists.
