Just letting you know that tomorrow Jordan and I will be in the spin room of the Athletics Centre at 2pm to kick off the winter grind! We’ll be starting things off pretty easy and chatting, then we’ll go from there.
Bring your pedals and shoes for extra comfort. I’ll bring a wrench, and maybe an 8 mm depending how I feel.
