First Spin Class: So it begins...

Well it was a good run everyone but unfortunately, for most of us, the outdoor season has ended and we now find ourlselves rather stationary :confused:.

Well, I say turn that frown upside down because MCT Indoor spinning is back as of this Sunday!! For those who are new, as a team, we host three indoor spin classes a week all winter - Wednesday’s/Friday’s at 7am & Sunday’s at 9am. All the sessions are lead by one of our fabulous exec members and are a great way to stay fit in the winter. The classes are held in the spin room in the basement of the athletics facility. Bikes are supplied so all you have to bring is a water bottle, shoes (either SPD or running shoes), a towel, your ID (to get into the gym) and of course a can do attitude!

This Sunday’s Class will serve as a kind of “intro to spinning” class so don’t expect anything too tough (yet). Hope to see everyone there!! Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Ever any chance at having ones in the afternoon or evening?

All the official sessions are in the morning, as that’s when we’ve found most people are available. However, that’s not to say you can’t coordinate with others to meet up in the afternoon/evening!

Do they let in non McGill students into the gym? Theoretically am a student but of an online grad certificate so no clue where to get an ID or if I even qualify for one…

But would love to indoor bike!
