Here we go again. 55 minutes of spinning in the spin room starting at 7:00pm on Friday, January 11. Bring a bottle of water, a dry towel, and your winter fat. Leave with an empty bottle, a wet towel, and a tiny bit less fat.
This is a relatively fun way to start getting in shape for riding outside (only 11 weeks to go!). It’s good for recovering from plyo and for getting some healthy in the bank before a weekend of unhealthy.
Good. The pay-as-you-go spin ends at 7:00 and it was a bit of a rush getting set up and starting if we had to be out by 8:00. Now there will be plenty of time to swap out pedals, stretch, etc.
