Friday spin 6:30 - 8am Yoga from 8 - 9.
Saturday Lift from 11:30 -12:30, plyo,spin,stretch something until 3:30
Sunday Spin 9 - 11am.

It turns out you can only sign up for one column at a time. Sign up for Friday, and then on Friday night sign up for Saturday.

I’m going to take some drugs and ice. I will not attend Friday spin tomorrow morning. I will attend on Saturday, but somebody remind me to not be stupid and jump.

I talked to Dennis about the routine so he can shout awkwardly in the front, or change it entirely.

Was there anyone in the spin room at 12 last week eric?? I know we only have it at 12:30…

I thought the tri folk had left by noon but I could be wrong. It always takes me a little while to get going anyways so I didn’t see the harm in starting early.

I’m playing catch-up on a course so I’d want most of the afternoon available to me. I’ll only “team” workout I’ll be going to is lifting (11:30-12:30) but I’ll be in the fitness centre from 9 am or so spinning until then. Will this be another iPod spin or will iHaveCompany?

I’m in a really bad mood. That means really heavy squats tomorrow.

Another wonderful trifecta of weekend training complete!
We will no doubt be fast this spring :smiley:

Next time, I suggest we start at 4 that way instead of starting at 7 on, 7 off we can start at 15 on, 15 off. We’ll be done at around 1 in the afternoon.

In order to balance the added long intervals we should add 4x10sec, 8x5sec, and 16x1sec (with equal amounts of rest of course)

I think even adam might have a hard time finding a real world cycling application for 1sec on 1sec off repeats :stuck_out_tongue:
