Leaving on Tuesday!
Tomorrow I’ll hit up my favourite Lachine-Lasalle, Estacade, F1 ride. Keeping it chill on the bike paths, and maybe going harder on the estacade and F1 depending on who’s there and what the group wants to do??
Should be fun.

Intermediates and up. 65km-90km depending on how long we F1 for
