Love Training! <3 Endurance spinning Sat Feb 14 at 12:00 to 1:30pm

It’s Valentine’s Day! You know what that means…spinning!!

Starting at 12pm sharp, we are going to do endurance training with long intervals. Let’s get ready for South Carolina/spring season! Also burn some extra calories to eat lots of chocolates!!

Bring towel, water and snack to eat while spinning!

I might be in depending on the state of my heels. I got wicked bad blisters last weekend so hopefully they heal quickly!

obviously the ladies of this club are going to destroy the men this spring. yeaaa
