It’s Valentine’s Day! You know what that means…spinning!!
Starting at 12pm sharp, we are going to do endurance training with long intervals. Let’s get ready for South Carolina/spring season! Also burn some extra calories to eat lots of chocolates!!
Bring towel, water and snack to eat while spinning!
