It is that time of year again, here is some info from the intercollegiate office:

  1. Tickets will go on sale starting March 7th, 2007 in the Client Services Office.
  2. The ticket price will be $22.00 from March 7th to March 23rd, inclusive.
  3. Until March 23rd, teams will be able to reserve blocks of tickets from the Intercollegiate Office (514) 398-7003 caroline.james@mcgill.ca
 We advise you to canvass your teams (please be as accurate as possible regarding attendance) and reserve a block of tickets for your ‘confirmed attendees’.  I will give each coach the block of tickets for them to distribute to their athletes.  If there are some cancellations you may return spare tickets up to and including March 23rd. I will relay the number of tickets purchased to Rob Watt in the Business Office and your accounts will be charged for the exact number of tickets you purchase in advance.


4.On March 26 only, athletes will be able to buy tickets at the ‘latecomers’ price of $30.00.

As Head Coach, I am charged with the task of getting the list of attending athletes together, you can either reply directly to me here or send me a PM.

I hope to see all of you signing up for this, it has ALWAYS been a great time. This year I will lobby really hard to get us our own table, your early confirmation of attendance will go a long way towards making this a reality.

I’d like to come, but I teach Mondays until 19:30.

turns out i may have to skip out on the ceremony but will be able to come for dinner (lab exam :frowning: )

I’m going to reserve a block of twenty (20) tickets and we’ll adjust the number required just before the deadline.

I’ll collect the cash when I hand out the tickets.

Athletics will probably be reserving us 2 tables of 10 seats for the banquet, if you are interested in a ticket, please let me know before the 22nd.

So I have the tickets for the Gala. If you are planning on going, the tickets are 22$ - you can send me an email (christina.norris@mail.mcgill.ca) and meet me somewhere on campus or you can just grab one from me at spinning. Hope to see you all there!
