Hey guys! My name is Max Shapiro and I am a First-Year student who joined the MCT over the new year.
Since I do not come from a cycling background, I am in need of both a road bike and cycling gear. I am 5’11" (182 cm) and often run as a size medium. I assume I will be around a 58 for bike size.
If anyone has offers on either new or used road bikes or cycling gear, please let me know!

I second what Andy says, it’s a great group for finding higher-end used bikes and bike parts. Same for Vente-achat vélos de route/triathlon. Pinkbike and Kijiji are surprisingly good too.
Also, since it appears that I am about your height, I’d say that a 58 would be much too big for you. I’m 6 feet tall and ride a 56, and would probably be fine on a 54. Though I have freakishly high leg to torso length ratio.
