Online Training

Hi all!

Hope everyone is staying safe. In case you miss us here at McGill cycling, worry not, as for the entire month of January, there will be free coached online sessions held by Toguri Training to help us all get through this lockdown. The workouts will be every Wednesday at 6pm EST and Sunday at 9am EST, with the first class scheduled for this Sunday, January 9th.

How do I join?

  1. Follow NICK KLEBAN (SKYLINE PRO CYCLING) on Zwift . Then email me to let me know (info@toguritraining.com). You’ll be invited automatically in subsequent weeks.

MAKE SURE YOU ACCEPT THE INVITE .

  1. Get the Workout : Once you let me know that you’re following me on Zwift, I’ll send you an invite to a free TrainingPeaks account. If you already have one, add me as a coach using the address coachkleban@gmail.com so I can load the workout for you. Once this is done, the workouts will be uploaded weekly so this is another one-time thing.

  2. Connect Your trainingpeaks and Zwift accounts… another one-time thing.

  1. Join the Zoom meeting. The meeting will open at 8:45am tomorrow. Be on your bike and on the call in case any last minute technical difficulties arise. A new zoom week will be sent weekly.

Once these 4 steps are done, YOU will be set-up and ready to go.

Then for future workouts, you just start riding on Zwift then join the meetup and lastly, always lastly, load the workout. Boom. You’re ready to go.
