Hey guys. Does anyone know a good orthopedist and/or physical therapist in Montreal? I’m trying to get back into cycling after an IT band injury.

I’m insanely partial to Marie-Claude Saint-Amour at Synapse physio on Fleury. Usually takes a while to get an appt though and its far off from McGill, but she definitely saved my knees and some people’s from UdeM tri club as well.

Jean-Luc Gauthier is a chiropractor, was recommended to me by the tri club bike coach. He is fantastic and I highly recommend seeing him! 514 777 7407

I know that when I borked my knee I was actually getting PT from sports med students at the McGill gym. It was a while ago, so I don’t remember how I set it up, but depending on how complicated the injury is, that might be a good option, when you factor in the cost/convenience factors.
