Pie PLYO 2014

Hi everyone,

This is the traditional post break “HOW MANY PIECES OF PIE DID YOU EAT?!!” Plyo.

Lots of smaller jumps, way less rest, lots of core, more lunges than are countable and backwards frog.

Wednesday January 8th. 8:30 to 10 PM in the Aerobics room of the Gym.

We will go back to normal next week.
