Common question we get asked is how we build muscle even though we some twiggy ass cyclists.
We do plyometrics from 8:30pm to 10:00pm in the Aerobics Room of McGill Athletics. Make sure you bring a towel, a water bottle and comfortable shoes to jump in.
Less crazy than last week- slightly more rest, slightly bigger jumps with a focus on form.
All are welcome. We won’t take it personally if you don’t. You can do whatever the F*CK you wanna do.
