Or not, if you need me to lie to you to get you to come… It will be simple, some balancing, maybe a sit up or two. Lots of chatting and walking around.

Any interest in posting the workout? I’ve been involved with a conference going on this weekend, and the meetings go into plyo, so Id like to still keep up with in on mornings after.

we did a slow burn for an easier workout that will hurt alot tomorrow.

walking, skipping, jogging with a dumbbell in each hand, (8lbs each)

lunges, squats with dumbells
*lunges squates with a barr (20lbs)
frog jumps along floor (2 lengths)
big ball squats (you put it behind your back against the wall and roll)

Balance (ball)
repeat from * once

static core moving from position to position ~ 4 minutes (+/- 40s I wasn’t watching)

rest 5 minutes
