It’s the Leap Day soon, and what better way to end it than with a nice plyometrics workout? Yeah, I didn’t think so

SAME ROUTINE AS LAST WEEK–
8:00pm - Arrive/Warm-up exercises
8:15pm - Lengths of the Aerobics Room via lunging and mimicking nature. We’ll also throw in a few shuttle runs (suicides) for good measure (and lactic acid drainage, or so the experts say)
8:40pm - BIG JUMP, Bouchard Style. Need I say more? We’re ditching the ramp and moving into some more entropy (i.e. what if we started with bad-asses…and ended with them? evil grin)
9:15pm - Grab a ball, we’ll rock you to your core.
9:30pm - After we’re done playing with our balls, we’ll bounce (:P) into some ab exercises and jump rope.
9:45pm - Stretch that muscle! Get flexible, get fast .
10:00pm - If you can avoid leaving before this time, please do so.
9:30 pm makes me uncomfortable.
