I do not know if we have the room. But we’ll do in the hallway if we have too. (what it was all last year)
We’ll be starting with a day of burning. Lunges, Wall sits, deep squats, short jumps, planks and awesomeness. Once we get the pie out of our system we’ll be back to big jumps.
I was at the gym today and noticed on the sheets of paper they keep on the bulletin-board that ‘Cycling Team’ has the Aerobic’s Room for Jan. 5th at the usual time.
Hey, now that it’s january and training is a bit more important, could we get an idea of what kind of workout wil be done in spin sessions before hand?
