PLYO2. Wed Oct19 8pm

Second Plyo.

We will be doing the same “orientation” style workout getting everyone comfortable jumping for a winter of Plyo. Think of it like a “sampler platter”

8-10 pm in the aerobics room of McGill Athletics.

Includes warmup and stretching.

Remember:

Do not come if you are injured.
Don’t eat or drink a lot before coming because jumping will make you feel really crappy.
Bring a water bottle.

oh nooooo:( is plyo gonna be every wednesday at 8:30? I work wednesdays until 8:30! How much do i miss if i come at 9pm, and would that be inconvenient for me to do every week? And are we gonna have any other training days during the week :)?

In a few weeks we will be separating into two halves anyways, showing up late is perfectly fine.

A few groups are organizing weightlifting by word of mouth (otherwise it gets way to big) whenever they can. Spinning will start in November (Friday’s and Sundays) and I’m looking into when I can lead a “core/stretch/balance/non-jumpy” workout (probably Thursday nights to recover from plyo)

I have a meeting at this time every other Wednesday… curses! See y’alls next week. Hopefully I will still be able to get beast this winter.
