As we approach our first race weekend, I would like to get a clear idea on how many people would like to come.
I therefore ask you to sign up below, if you are a 100% sure that you will come! SIGN UP BY TUESDAY EVENING AT THE LATEST.
Typically, race weekends tend to be affordable. I will update everyone on Tuesday with a more concrete plan. Expect to leave Friday afternoon, and return Sunday afternoon/evening.

Okay, thank you all for the input.
The plan is as follows:
Two vehicles will be leaving on Friday afternoon: One earlier at around 5pm-6pm, and one later at 8pm. Felix, Cameron, and Nicolas will be going in the vehicle leaving at 5pm. Sterling and Cedric will be leaving at 8pm. However, if for any reason @cameron_mitchell or @Nickkleb want to go at 5pm, they can talk to @CedricCycling and see if he would be amenable to leaving earlier. Please inform me if they are any changes, otherwise we stick to the above plan.
I am waiting confirmation from a really nice VRBO on a waterfront, and I really hope that we get it. Otherwise, we’ll have no option but to resort to motels (but you get free breakfast lol).
Everyone going will have to pay a trip fee of 30 dollars. Please e-transfer this amount to mcgillcycling@gmail.com, or hand me the amount in cash. McGill Cycling will not pay for your race fees, and food expenditure is not included in the trip fee.
Please ensure that you have registered for the relevant races, and categories. The link to this weekend’s race registration is: https://www.bikereg.com/mansfield-madness-2018 . Make sure you come with your UCI license, or at the very least, your UCI number and proof that you have registered with the FQSC or the cycling federation with which you have UCI license.
More details on addresses to start line, and to the rental/motel will be posted soon.

Any word on the final headcount for Voiture Sterling?
I’m planning on parking the car by my place and heading out after my exam (~19h30)
Felix has all the details to get the first car to the rental house (@cameron_mitchell and @Nickkleb).
@sterlingshaner, @CedricCycling, and I will head out at ~8pm. @CedricCycling, meet Sterling and I in the parking lot of the church on the corner of rachel and saint-urbain at 7.45pm.
